it states:

Emissions, in Gg CO2 equivalent 1994

-11,286,707.0

This is 11 billion tCO2e of sequestration service, nearly ten times the total emission of India.

Shoudl Guinea Bissau not be compensated for this? See

Why has Guinea Bissau not joined this movement? URGENTLY?

At least cooperate in Forest REDD advocacy at the UNFCCC with brazil, another Portuguese speaking country.
